TONY SUMMERFIELD
The company’s principal director, Tony Summerfield, has been actively involved in the Australian real estate market since 1984. Tony’s tertiary qualifications, including ASS DIP Valuations and Licensed Estate Agent, coupled with a depth of experience in commercial industrial real estate agency and property development, provide the perfect platform for Real Estate Advisory.
Tony’s background in real estate agency included being the founder and Managing Director of Victorian south eastern commercial industrial BTS Real Estate P/L from 1986 to 1998. In 1999, Tony initiated a merger between BTS Real Estate and a Victorian CBD commercial specialist real estate company, Finch Freeman. Tony was a Managing Director of the new company, which traded as Chesterton International Victoria until the business was successfully sold to Knight Frank UK in 2000.
In recent years, Tony has combined his passions of luxury residential design/development with residential and industrial subdivision project Acquistion, sales and Advisory.
STEPHANIE SUMMERFIELD
With over 20 years of experience in the interior design industry, Stephanie brings a wealth of knowledge, creativity, and care to every project. Stephanie is passionate about creating beautiful, functional spaces that reflect clients’ personalities and enhance the way they live.
Stephanie's expertise spans across new builds, full-scale renovations, and everything in between and works closely with clients from the initial design concept right through to completion, ensuring every detail is considered. The service can include coordinating all trades involved, helping streamline the process and reducing the stress often associated with building and renovating.
Whether it's a single room refresh or a full home transformation, Stephanie takes pride in designing spaces that feel cohesive, timeless, and thoughtfully tailored. The goal is always the same: to deliver results that not only meet, but exceed expectations.
